About Jakata

My colleagues and students have described me as being fun to work with. I have the ability to pace instruction to meet the grasp of the content being taught. I've experienced this during instruction of my small group, co-taught, and hospital homebound students.

About the lesson

I have been teaching in the middle school setting for over 5 years Grades 6-8). Due to my special education background, I have become skilled at providing specifically designed instruction for my students. I enjoy using hands-on materials with my students, but also try to incorporate other instructional techniques that enhance the learning experience. If possible, my preference would be online tutoring. However, if the need arises, I can tutor at a public location.
