About Rithika
The answer to this is pretty simple- I love math. I love being around kids. My friends have always told me I teach well. Now I want to bring all of it together. Hence, I want to use a couple of hours of my spare time into doing that seriously.

I intend to teach math to school children. I want to work with them to build on their concepts so that they are not intimidated by math. I cannot force a child to love a subject but I can definitely help in overcoming any fear for math. I will assess the child and adjust my speed accordingly and I will always revise important concepts previously learnt before every class and I do not believe in homework, so I won't be giving the child homework. However, I will give worksheets at the end of every chapter.
