I have taken many yoga classes over the years, but practicing with Mary Kate is truly something special. Her guidance goes far beyond physical alignment and technique—each session feels like a complete mind, body, and soul experience.
She has a rare ability to create a space that is both grounding and uplifting. Through thoughtful sequencing, calming presence, and meaningful words, she gently guides you deeper into your practice while also helping you connect inward. I always leave class feeling stronger physically, but more importantly, emotionally centered and spiritually renewed. I cannot recommend her classes enough!

Mk is my greatest teacher! She is wise and shares a perspective that will cut deep in the best possible way. A class with her is not just one of the physical body but lessons that you will carry with you into your everyday life. She teaches you how to work smarter not harder and guides you in imagery felt by the nervous system.
