About Fatima
Hey! I’m Farah and I’m 21 years old, recently graduated in 2022! When I'm not spending hours at university studying bachelor of education majoring in secondary teaching, I work as a tutor! I teach English at every level the most, as it is my most experienced subject. Other than English I teach primary science and math! And when I'm not working, I enjoy playing video games and reading thriller suspense novels! I love tutoring and do my degree of choice because I've had amazing teachers and tutors in primary and secondary school who have molded and shaped me as an individual through their constant feedback and effort! I wish to do the same as them and work with my students to help them reach a point in life where they are independent and confident with themselves!

For English, especially at VCE level, practice is perfect! My lessons will include writing essays many times. However, just writing essays is boring so I try to include engaging activities to enhance understanding of texts, quotes and analysis! Mind maps, quote banks and handmade posters help plenty with many students! Lessons are going to be productive as you tell me about your day, your concerns and worry about work and school and we’ll skillfully tackle every doubt you have in your studies! For the young ones, we tend to read a lot and use colorful and vibrant diagrams, books and examples to teach in a fun and enjoying method! I do try my best for each and every student to get the most of each lesson while maintaining fun and productivity at the same time!
