About Larry
Seventeen years spent playing in 5 bands and releasing 6 EPs means I offer a specific perspective for your playing. You might be an advanced learner, a hobbyist, a kid, or a performance-focused student seeking real-world guidance.
My music training at JMC Academy underpins everything I teach. I focus on SONGWRITING and clear, practical strumming patterns.
Power chords and barre chords are fundamental tools for any guitarist. I help you master fingerpicking with the same precision I used on tour. My approach is direct and groove-focused.
I am ready to help when you are. Let us chat about your musical goals sometime soon.

Since the feedback loop is constant here, we move at your pace through technical hurdles. You will find that my background as an JMC Academy grad shapes how I structure each session.
I break down complex acoustic technique into manageable chunks. My 13 years of industry work keeps the focus on tangible results rather than theory alone.
I prioritize the mechanics of the instrument to ensure you build proper habits. We work through the specific chords or songwriting challenges you find most difficult. Does this direct approach sound like the right fit for your current goals?
