About Brianna
I am the founder of HOME SWEET GYMNASTICS! I provide lessons all over LA country to anyone interested in learning gymnastics right from the comfort of your own home! A little background, I began gymnastics when I was 3 years old and competed for about 10 years. I am 22 years old and have been an athlete for 17 years. I also partake in cheerleading, triathlons, and rock climbing which helps me improve in my knowledge of exercise. I am a kinesiology exercise science major at California State Northridge and have a passion for fitness training. Lastly, I am CPR/AED/First Aid and SafeSport certified.

I provide knowledge and motivation for athletes that want to learn fitness, gymnastics, flexibility, and conditioning. I will begin with a warm up that includes cardio, small stationary exercise and stretching. Depending on lesson goals, we will go accordingly to the workout plan.

Brianna is a great coach and has really went the extra mile to help me with my gymnastics skills and journey in cheerleading. I am a competitive cheerleader and coach Brianna has guided me through that experience, by introducing me to new skills and exercises. We have done floor work where I learned how to use the proper technique when doing a backhandspring and front handspring. I highly recommend coach Brianna to any athletes looking to learn new skills and workouts.

Brianna has 12 years of power tumbling experience and is Safesport Certified as well as CPR/AED/first aid certified for infants, teens, and adults.
