About Jessica
Walking into our first session, you will notice that we skip the filler and get straight to the mechanics of language. I bring my background in TESOL to our work on accent softening and academic writing, which helps you clarify your thoughts immediately. We integrate a homework module with feedback after every class to ensure you maintain momentum between our meetings.
Because I have 13 years of experience, I know how to spot the specific grammar foundations you need to sharpen. It feels like a productive conversation where we tackle presentation skills or interview nerves. You might find that pronunciation becomes much easier once you understand the physical placement of sounds.
I aim for your progress to be measurable and consistent. We can work through complex business English scenarios or simple daily talk depending on your goals. My structured methods are designed to build your internal logic for the language. Success is certain if you stay consistent.

Living in a bilingual city has shaped how I view communication as a bridge between cultures. It felt natural to pursue my Master of Arts in French Studies and TESOL at the Université de Montréal, because I wanted to understand how people learn new systems. I have guided 411 students, ranging from IELTS candidates to busy adult learners, through the complexities of professional and academic English. My 13 years of experience have taught me that every learner requires a distinct pathway to success.
