About Yashraj

Currently working as a jr. Sous chef at the Oberoi hotels. Worked in 6 different specialty five star restaurants and am comfortable with Italian, mexican , French , Indian and Oriental cuisine. Also worked as a pastry chef briefly. Management trainee from Oberoi group and hospitality from rizvi college. I am currently teaching homecooks cookalong sessions.

About the lesson

I would understand the cuisine you want to learn and first creat a personalized handout with history and some unique facts. We have a theory session first and then the practical. Will include secret tricks n tips from my speciality kitchens.
