About Lynnette
Hello! I’m Lyn, a registered Health Play Specialist and Play Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children’s emotional and developmental needs within the NHS. I have a strong background in child development, creative learning, and helping children feel safe, confident, and proud of their achievements. My approach to tutoring is warm, playful, and encouraging. I believe every child learns best when they feel relaxed, understood, and inspired. Whether your child needs a little boost in reading, writing, spelling, or early maths, I adapt each session to their individual learning style and pace.

Parents often describe my sessions as ‘calm, engaging, and full of positivity’. I’m passionate about helping children rediscover the joy of learning, especially those who may feel anxious or discouraged in the classroom.
