About Frida

Learn Swedish through art, culture, and conversation. We explore Swedish traditions, paint from simple ideas and images, and read about Swedish artists and writers. Fika is a casual break with coffee and conversation. This is a practical, social setting where you practice speaking Swedish and build confidence at your own pace.

About the lesson

Hej!
Would you like to practice your Swedish in a creative and relaxed way? I’m in San Jose, California .
Join my Swedish Fika Art Class, where language, culture, and creativity come together.
In each session, we will explore a Swedish theme—an image, a memory, or a feeling—and transform it into a personal painting.
While we paint, we’ll enjoy traditional fika ️ and practice speaking Swedish naturally through conversation.
