My approach and proven best method for teaching has always been full engagement from both student and teacher on a flexible level. Being Business English, this class is for 18+ students where English is not their first language.
The objective being to gain usable, workable vocabulary and grammar.
I like to incorporate at least one game that could represent a real life
situation. For example, an interview with the new employer.
