About Deborah
It has not been long since I have left secondary school, so I understand the concerns and difficulties that many students have in their classes. I know how to give constructive criticism in a way that encourages the student to improve and I always have something positive to say that will ensure the student has an enjoyable experience they can benefit from throughout our classes. This method has helped students build confidence and remain positive when learning something new instead of giving up. As a result, students find it easy to express their concerns and are satisfied with our sessions.

My teaching style is straightforward, and I typically ask students to complete an assignment that we review during the lesson. I guide students through questions with tips, encouraging them to go through the necessary thought processes themselves without explicitly revealing the answer. Then, I encourage students to answer questions independently to build confidence. From there, I evaluate the student’s strengths and weaknesses to work on in future lessons. By continuously adapting the speed of the lessons to each student’s needs, many of my students ultimately achieve top results in their exams.
