About Natalie

My name is Natalie Rosen. I am a personal trainer. I have a diploma in exercise science through the HFPA who are internationally recognised. I started my own gym called NRG4LIFE in 2015. I love helping people achieve their goals and become their best selves. When my clients / students are happy that makes me happy. I love teaching. I used to lecture psychology. I love working with people and connecting with people.

About the lesson

I will help you get strong and fit. For life. Nutritional advice.My philosophy is that you have to find an exercise and nutritional plan that is sustainable for the rest of your life. Functional training, strength training,cardio, HIIT, plyometrics and nutritional advice that will help you for the rest of your life.
