About Drew
I’m a junior in high school with a strong academic record, maintaining a 3.93 GPA in an honors-level course load. As a varsity baseball player, I’ve learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and consistency: skills that I bring into my tutoring. Math has always been my favorite subject, and I genuinely enjoy helping others understand it. I’m patient, reliable, and committed to creating a positive, encouraging learning environment for every student. My goal is to help students build confidence, master challenging concepts, and feel supported throughout their learning journey.

As a junior in high school who genuinely loves math, I focus on breaking concepts into clear, simple steps and explaining why each method works, not just how to do it. I use examples, guided practice, and quick checks for understanding. My lessons are designed for middle-school and high-school students who need help in Algebra I, Algebra II, or Geometry. What sets me apart is my patience, my ability to relate as a fellow student, and my commitment to building confidence through positive, supportive instruction. A lesson plan for me would involve concept breakdowns, check-ins, and guided and independent practice.
