About Akhilesh
My name is Akhilesh, and I’m passionate to help students reach further both personally and academically. I believe in motivation and consistent practice, and I want to inspire students to succeed in their education. I wouldn’t be where I am now without the inspiration of my best teachers, it brings me happiness to help other students realise their true academic potential. I encourage students to stretch themselves, not just by giving the answers, so they can perform when it’s needed. This has been tremendously proved while mentoring my A-level peers.

I give lessons for GCSE students. My tutoring style is mainly tailored to the student based on their preferences and what is required. As top of my year group in Economics and Maths, and President of (WCGS) my school’s Economics Society, I regularly deliver presentations, prepare speeches, and host discussions on Economics in school. With 10 Grade 9’s, 1 Grade 8, and an A in FSMQ, I have experience supporting many GCSE students on a 1 to 1 basis, giving them advice on how to succeed both with revision, and results. In the past, I have mentored many students to succeed the 11+ SET test and I am very passionate about teaching students. It gives me immense satisfaction when I see their results, I look forward to learn, grow, and make new memories with them.
