I have enjoyed working with James. He has a very positive approach to learning and has shown a great willingness to engage with the lessons. He has taken plenty of notes, which will be very helpful in reinforcing and retaining what he has learned today.

During the lesson, James has been developing his essential computer skills and learning how to navigate the key panels, settings and functions on his new computer. We have focused on building his confidence with using the trackpad, keyboard, opening and closing applications, navigating between different screens and windows, and understanding where to find important tools and settings.

With continued practice and regular use of his computer, I expect James to become increasingly confident and independent. I anticipate that he will make excellent progress as the lessons progress and will continue to develop the digital skills he needs to support his learning and studies.

Carla-Maria is learning to navigate and optimise iPads, laptops, and iPhones, improving efficiency across multiple devices. She is particularly interested in exploring system settings, installing and using apps effectively, organising apps and photography files, and managing iCloud to keep her data synced and accessible. With continued practice, Carla-Maria is confidently progressing toward mastering essential Mac and iOS skills.

Don has a strong foundation in computers and photography, with experience in using Photoshop and Lightroom. He enjoys learning new photo retouching techniques and applying them creatively. While he is confident in creative software, he benefits from additional support with general computer tasks and newer applications. His patience, curiosity, and willingness to learn contribute positively to his progress.
