About Wendy
As an English teacher with 10 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults, I believe learner motivation is a major contributor to academic success. Therefore, I prioritize learning goals, aptitude, and attitude to design my tutoring lessons. I also aim to build an environment where students feel safe, comfortable, and motivated to take risks.

My lessons are typically from 1-2 hours, depending on learner goals and pace. I'm able to tailor my lessons to different types of learners of varied ages, integrate strategies and techniques to arouse interests, maintain interaction, and attention. I can help breaking down knowledge into bitesize lessons.
