About Edward

I have 15 years’ experience teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL), working with learners from beginner to advanced level. I’ve taught across secondary schools, universities, and private English colleges, and I specialize in IELTS exam preparation. My approach is highly focused and results-driven: lots of conversation practice to build fluency and confidence, targeted vocabulary work to help you sound more natural, and clear exam strategy + timed practice so you know exactly how to perform on test day. I’ll show you what IELTS examiners look for, help you avoid common band-score mistakes, and give you practical feedback you can apply immediately. If you’re motivated and ready to practice, I’ll help you make fast, measurable progress toward your target band score.

About the lesson

My IELTS lessons are highly focused and built around lots of conversation practice to boost fluency, confidence, and natural accuracy. We’ll do targeted vocabulary building (topic-based + collocations) and I’ll help you use new language correctly in speaking and writing. Alongside this, we’ll work on exam strategy and timed practice so you know exactly how to perform on test day. You’ll receive clear, examiner-style feedback and practical next steps after every session.
