About Bizza
Hello! I’m Srilatha, an IIM Bangalore and IIT Roorkee alum with a strong passion for teaching and helping students fall in love with learning. Having mentored several students over the years, I believe that Math and Chemistry are subjects anyone can master — with the right guidance and approach. My Teaching Approach: I follow a concept-based and student-centered teaching style. My focus is on helping students truly understand the “why” behind every concept rather than just memorizing formulas or reactions. I simplify complex ideas using real-life examples, visuals, and easy analogies that make learning engaging and long-lasting. Structure of a Typical Class: Quick recap of the previous session Clear explanation of new concepts Step-by-step problem-solving together Independent practice with feedback End-of-class summary and short assignments What Sets My Classes Apart: I create a friendly and supportive space where students feel confident asking questions and exploring ideas. As a teacher, my goal is to make Math and Chemistry simple, engaging, and relatable for students. I believe every concept can be understood if it’s connected to real-life examples and taught step by step with clarity and patience. Teaching Techniques & Methods: I use a concept-based approach, starting from the basics, building intuition, and then moving toward problem-solving. I break down complex topics into smaller, understandable parts and encourage active participation through questions, visual aids, and short quizzes. I also share quick tips, tricks, and memory aids to make learning easier and more fun. Structure of a Typical Class: Each session usually begins with a short recap of the previous topic, followed by a clear explanation of new concepts with examples. We then solve problems together, gradually increasing difficulty. I end every class with a short summary and a few practice questions to reinforce learning. Special Features as a Teacher: I focus on helping students understand rather than memorize. My classes are interactive, encouraging curiosity and confidence. I adapt my pace and style depending on the student’s learning level and make sure they feel comfortable asking questions. I also provide customized notes and practice worksheets after sessions. Who the Classes Are For: My classes are intended for school students up to Grade 10, following CBSE or State Boards. I teach both Math and Chemistry, and I specialize in helping students strengthen fundamentals, improve exam performance, and develop a genuine interest in the subjects.
