About Debasish
A B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur and a Ph.D. in Immunology from UC Irvine, Debasish has spent over two decades working in biotechnology and imaging sciences across academia and industry with a strong focus on machine learning-based data analysis. Intuitive tutoring based on relatable experience in day to day life. Clarification of basic concepts and instilling keen interest in algebra, geometry and calculus (Grades 6 through High School). Lesson plans customized to students' learning needs. For example a typical higher algebra lesson with touch on concepts that are being taught but the student needs additional help to grasp. Showing the student how math can relate to day to day experiences like trying to create the largest play area in the backyard, how to throw a ball to get maximum distance.
