About Anjali
I currently work as an actuary and I graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc Mathematics and achieved a Distinction in MSc Mathematics. I also took mathematics and further mathematics and achieved an A* in both subjects at GCSE and A-Level. I have a good understanding of the subject which led me to pursuing a mathematics degree and I aim to help others to understand mathematics rather than just copying and pasting methods. I have tutored many students in the past and all have expressed that they felt more confident in the subject and saw improvements in their grades.
I was also the first person in my school to qualify for the British Maths Olympiad (BMO) where I achieved a Bronze medal. I am happy to offer tutoring for Olympiad style problems as well as the standard GCSE/A-Level specification.

The lesson structure will be online through video chat where I will share my screen with a whiteboard to write things down. It will mainly consist of addressing any problems and issues the student may have in a specific area of the subject. If there are particular questions (e.g. from homework) that they are struggling with, I will assist them while also making sure they understand the reasoning behind each answer. I will also give some questions to work on during the week, which we can also discuss at the next lesson.

Very naturally gifted at making complex concepts for understandable. Most other tutors while gifted at maths or science struggle to explain the content in simpler terms but anjali made sure we were aware of how everything worked before progressing.
Anjali is an excellent tutor, explains concepts very clearly and is more than happy to help when I don’t understand things. Couldn’t recommend her more!
Anjali is my daughter, my recommendation may be biased, but I think it is worth reading my recommendation . Anjali has a natural gift with numbers from a very young age she excelled in Maths and has achieved the top grades through out her studying career. She has two siblings who she teaches often and I have see have take great care in explaining things to them both. I think Anjali with gift with numbers and her ability to communicate will make here a great tutor.
Anjali has numerous achievements in maths and she has helped two of my children with mathematical skills which has paid off well.
