About Kristen Hei Lam
My name is Kristen, and I am 19 years old. I am from Hong Kong, but currently an international student at University of Sydney. I am passionate in learning especially in the subjects of Economics and Mathematics, hence I look to further study honours program as well as masters in the future. Outside of class, I have learnt and equipped myself with related skills like data science in computer programming which brings the pieces of knowledge together in a higher level. I am a person who's not only limited to 1 passion, and I'd like to share my experiences and knowledge to peers, mentees and students around me.

I am an international student at University of Sydney. I am from Hong Kong, a native cantonese speaker. I also grew up learning mandarin (Chinese), so I am a fluent speaker of the two languages. I am also passionate in the subject of Economics and Mathematics, and have learnt them throughout my high school and took IGCSE with A grades and now pursuing a higher level in USYD. I am looking forward to help other students, equip them with the skills in these subjects and ace their grades in examinations.
I am looking forward to teach HSC syllabus as well as IGCSE. I am looking to teach primary and secondary/ high school students. I am experienced in tutoring in Hong Kong, teaching IGCSE syllabus. A grade 10 student who received an A in her final grade.
I am very flexible with the lesson lengths, it can range from 30 mins to 2 hours. Personally, I don't recommend to take lessons more than two hours as students usually find themselves very exhausted after class. I allow breaks in between for students if needed.
