About Bing Xian
I am Bing Xian, formerly a student at Raffles Institution, and now a student at the University of Pennsylvania. Back in school, I was fortunate enough to have many good teachers and mentors to guide me along my education journey, not only in times when the content was smooth-sailing, but especially when it was difficult and challenging. Without their step-by-step, patient guidance, I would not be able to achieve the results I did today. As such, I was determined to pass this spirit of teaching and helping along with me, to better allow someone else to achieve their dreams and overcome their challenges. With a good teacher, no challenge is insurmountable.

My teaching approach is results-driven, with heavy emphasis on practical application over theory, guiding students through examples and methods of tackling common questions, while providing personalised feedback to strengthen their own submissions.
With prior experience tutoring for 6 years at Ghim Moh Community Centre, I believe my unique teaching style, tailored to the needs of each and every student, is able to transform your educational journey.
Each lesson typically runs for 60–90 minutes, balancing focused instruction with content learning and review of student materials. This ensures both depth of learning and immediate application.
Lessons are designed for primary school and secondary school (approximately ages 9-16) students, who seek to improve their results and achieve better grades.
