About Aya
I am a fifth-year student passionate about teaching math. I enjoy explaining math in the simplest way using real-life examples. I know this works through having used the techniques on myself while trying to grasp concepts in Junior Cycle and I always help my friends and other students using them. Getting help with a subject from someone within your age group would help you feel more comfortable asking questions & easier to understand. I promise you any questions you might wonder about math, I have thought as well and will more than likely have an answer!

Lessons are for Junior Cycle students. As I recently finished the Junior Cycle, I understand students’ struggles and thought process and will help to explain maths as a language rather than just solutions. My favourite approach is linking maths to a real life example that is easy to recall (methods I use myself). Lessons can be from 30-90 minutes long regarding any issue they’re facing with the subject. I am one of the tutors in a maths club in school for helping Junior Cycle students.
