About CHANDAN

I am a Certified Yoga instructor and Meditation practitioner in Yoga Therapy and Hatha Yoga. Aromatherapy is also a part of my practice. Accredited with YACEP, E-RYT 200, RYT500 by Yoga Alliance USA, a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists), Member of Asian Yoga Therapy Association.

About the lesson

My teaching method is that I customize yogic practices and meditation according to the client's requests and health-related issues. My expertise is in Yoga Therapy, General Yoga sessions, Corporate yoga, Couple yoga, Restorative yoga, Stress releasing Yoga and Meditation.
