About John

I am a retired high school teacher and former university professor with an M.A. in English and advanced studies in Education, Spanish and Linguistics. Currently, I work part-time as a tutor at my local community college and online using both Spanish and English as natural instructional tools.

About the lesson

My lessons are interactive and I focus on immersion techniques. You will learn grammatical terms in Spanish as an integrated part of acquiring basic conversational skills. I have travelled widely and taught ESL in foreign countries and learned foreign languages while living abroad so I know what works best at a practical level.
