Tango is often thought of as a dance strictly for couples, but the secret to a beautiful tango lies in your individual connection, balance, and posture.
Solo Dancers: We will focus heavily on technique, fluid footwork, musicality, and the essential "body awareness" needed to lead or follow effortlessly.
Couples: We will work on the magic of the embrace (el abrazo), communication, and synchronization, turning your living room into your personal dance floor.
What We Will Focus On:
The Fundamentals: Posture, balance, and the basic steps (el paso básico, ocho).
Connection & Embrace: Understanding the connection with yourself and/or your partner.
Musicality: Learning to listen to the rhythm, accents, and drama of traditional Tango music.
Improvisation: Gaining the confidence to move freely and creatively, rather than just memorizing rigid routines.
