About Larissa

Olá! I’m Larissa, a Brazilian living in Sydney, Australia!

I was born and raised in Brazil, and I’ve been living in Australia for several years. I speak Portuguese, English and a bit of Spanish, and I love connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Living abroad has shown me how important language is, not only for communication but also for building relationships, understanding different cultures and feeling connected to people.

That’s one of the reasons I’d love to share my native language with others! I believe learning a new language should be a fun, enjoyable and rewarding experience, without the pressure of having to be perfect.

My goal is to create a friendly and relaxed environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence at your own pace.

Beyond teaching Portuguese, I’d love to share a little bit of Brazil with you: our culture, traditions, expressions and the way we communicate in everyday life.

Whether you’re learning Portuguese for travel, love, work or simply out of curiosity, I’d be happy to help you along the way!

As a native Brazilian who speaks Portuguese, English and a bit of Spanish, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and adapting to different cultures.

My teaching approach:

I believe learning a language should be enjoyable, interactive and connected to real-life situations. Rather than focusing only on textbooks and grammar, my lessons combine conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary and practical exercises.

Each lesson is personalized according to your interests, goals and learning pace.
