With 12 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in teaching guitar to high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully taught 150-200 students, helping them develop their skills and passion for music. My teaching philosophy focuses on compassion, creativity, and clear communication, creating a positive environment for students to thrive. My teaching approach for guitar revolves around compassion, communication, creativity, and accountability. I believe in creating a supportive and understanding environment where students feel comfortable to explore and make mistakes. Communication is key—I ensure that lessons are clear and that students feel heard. I encourage creativity by helping students experiment with different styles like classical, jazz, electric, bass, and acoustic guitar. Accountability is important, so I help students set goals and track their progress. I also teach music theory, ear training, and songwriting, making sure students develop a well-rounded musical skill set.
