I have been on a culinary journey for over 30 years working in professional kitchens all over the world. Having worked in 5 star de luxe hotels in such locations as London , Sydney, Jersey and Cape Town
I have a vast amount of culinary knowledge.
I am very passionate about food and enjoy teaching and mentoring.
I also love travelling and learning about the local cuisine.
