About Stephanie
My ultimate goal is to encourage students to reach their desired grades at GCSE. I expect dedication to the subject but aim to give them the confidence that they can reach As and A*s. These students will get an advanced education, in line with the national curriculum, although I recognise that every student differs, therefore will adapt my sessions to support them in areas where they struggle. However, through recent experience of having obtained nearly 100% in Maths and Spanish GCSE I can help these students obtain the best. I can provide top tips and exam advice, particularly for students that have been affected by the recent lockdowns, having been a student myself during these times

I teach 30 mins to 1hr sessions in Maths and Spanish GCSE directed towards students in year 9 to year 11. My 1hr Maths sessions include 20 mins of teaching subject step-by-step, 20 mins of going through exam questions and 20 mins practical work. The 30 min sessions are compressed into a 15 min split of teaching methodology and independent practical tasks. I encourage repetition as a teaching approach for Maths through many exam questions and for Spanish through weekly keyword quizzes.
