About Eva

I am a second-year A-Level student studying Spanish, History and Psychology. In order to strengthen my understanding and practice in Spain, I have attended Spanish Immersion summer programmes in Madrid and Granada. I began studying Spanish at 11 years old, and thanks to a passion for the subject over the years, I am now applying to Spanish university courses.

About the lesson

- I teach all aspects of the GCSE Spanish course (Listening, Reading, Writing, Oral).
- Sessions are 60 minutes.
- I use a range of resources during sessions, including warm-up exercises, GCSE past papers, match-up tasks, and mock oral exams. These resources are all approved by exam boards and accurately represent the style of the actual exam.
- I have previously (informally) tutored Y10 and Y11 students who required extra help in my local community.
- Lessons are for students in Y8-11.

one of the best tutors I’ve ever had is Eva, she helped me so much because i really struggled with learning Spanish at the beginning of gcses, but i actually ended up getting a 6 on results day :)) i never would have thought it was possible so thank you so much! and i really recommend her to people who aren’t naturally good at learning languages.

My son had Eva as his Spanish tutor for around 6 months, and in those months his Spanish improved exponentially - he even got a higher GCSE grade than predicted! I am very impressed by Eva’s ability to tutor effectively, and really tailor sessions to her tutee. He is now doing Spanish for ALevels, and I have hired Eva to tutor my youngest (currently in Y10). I have so much confidence in Eva’s capabilities!

Eva tutored my daughter in GCSE Spanish last year, she had a brilliant, enthusiastic approach in her sessions that definitely built my daughter’s confidence (particularly in the speaking exam). I would 100% recommend her to other GCSE students. Oh - and my daughter went up 3 grades and managed an 8!!
