About Tej Sandeep
I did my yoga teacher training course in 2017 (for 9 months) with the Sahej Academy of Yoga and received my KRI certificate in January 2018.
My first Yoga class was in March 2018 when I replaced my Kundalini yoga teacher to teach her class for 6 weeks while she was away on holiday in Australia. Since then, I never stop teaching! I rented a Community Hall in Watford (Greater London) and starting building up a class with the help of Google. Then, due to the pandemic, I was forced to begin teaching yoga classes Live Online; which, actually, is a great way to stay connected from home. I have never stopped teaching yoga on Saturday mornings (except when I went to India before the pandemic in 2019).
Also, as a Registered Nurse (since 2010), I felt that I understood yoga more deeply during my training and feel try joy having discovered the wisdom behind it. Every class is different and learning never ends.

Have led weekly yoga and meditation classes every single week, up to 3 classes for the last 5 years (Online & face-to-face). I have students who still practice Kundalini with me for the past 2 years. My aim is to create a community of like-minded yogis who enjoy the benefits that this technology gives them.
