About Colin
I have lived in Japan for 7 years and understand everyday conversation, as well as more formal business Japanese. As a foreigner, I understand the challenges and methods of learning a foreign language to help other foreigners do the same. Many native Japanese people find it difficult to teach because they have not been through the same struggles.

First and foremost, lessons need to be fun because many people learn lessons out of desire rather than necessity. I focus on making the lessons interactive, practical, and tailored to a student's specific needs and motivations such as moving to Japan, professional work, learning at school, exam study etc.
