About Lebogang

AMum of 3 boys. Used to be a dancer and was very active till I had my kids.was so lazy to try anything until I started skipping and doing homebased exercises. I found it fun and would like to teach other Mum's too. I'm 40 yrs old now but I dnt look like it .

About the lesson

Target belly with fun exercises. We will also do skipping challenges which will help get you fit the fun away. No need to leave your home. All exercises are home based. We get fit together whilst having fun. Join me.
