As a seasoned instructor, I specialize in working with both children and adults. For younger students, I focus on instilling respect, self-discipline, and focus—core values that extend far beyond the mat. For teens and adults, I offer expert coaching in kickboxing and functional self-defense techniques that are both effective and empowering.
