About Davide

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have built my career around mastering the art of cocktails and beverage service.

I began my journey as a bartender in Italy and have spent the past seven years in London, refining my skills across a wide range of bars, restaurants, and luxury hotels.
Today, as an independent consultant and trainer, I specialise in supporting aspiring professionals and venues in elevating their standards through tailored education and hands-on training. Passionate about mixology, hospitality, and nurturing new talent, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and inspiring others in the industry. Whether through private events, customised training sessions, or unique cocktail experiences, my mission is to blend creativity with professionalism while bringing the true essence of hospitality to life. Let’s raise the bar together.

About the lesson

Hey there! If you’ve ever dreamed of stepping behind the bar and creating incredible cocktails, I’m here to guide you. In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll go far beyond the basics.
You’ll learn how to confidently use professional tools, set up a bar with ease, and master the techniques behind both classic and signature drinks. These lessons are hands-on, so you’ll get real practice shaking, stirring, and pouring like a pro. Every session is fully tailored to you — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, I’ll support you at your own pace. My goal is to help you not only learn the craft, but truly feel comfortable and at home behind the bar. Let’s begin this exciting journey together!

Perfect! I love my lesson with Davide, you can just tell he’s very passionate, great teacher as well, he knows how to keep you wanting to learn more!

He’s also very flexible to what you want to learn or in my case, I don’t drink alcohol and he made non alcoholic recipes and gave me other options to be able to practice and learn which was really appreciated.

Can’t wait to learn more and more!

I met Davide at a private event, and while chatting, I found out he offers private lessons at home. Since I’ve always loved cocktails, I thought, why not give it a shot? Best decision ever. Not only am I even more passionate about the world of bartending now but the way he teaches, breaking down even the simplest things, really shows how much he loves what he does.
It’s inspiring, and honestly, Can't wait for the next one!

I recently took Davide's bartending course and I can't recommend it enough! As someone who came in with absolutely zero knowledge about bartending, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I learned in such a short span of time.

Davide's teaching style is engaging and comprehensive, making it easy to grasp even the complex aspects of bartending. I now feel confident in my ability to manage a bar and create a wide variety of cocktails. Whether you're a beginner like me or someone looking to enhance your skills, this course is a fantastic investment.
