About Baridakara
My name is Meedon Raymond Baridakara, and I'm a certified Field sales executive in solar system sales, installation, consultant and maintenance.
I am a passionate and dedicated Solar Energy Installation Tutor with 5 years of practical experience in the solar energy and electrical field. My goal is to make solar energy easy to understand and practical to apply, whether you are completely new to the field or looking to improve your existing technical skills.
Over the years, I have gained valuable hands-on experience with solar panel installation, inverter systems, lithium and other battery technologies, system sizing, electrical connections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures. I bring this real-world experience into every lesson, helping students understand not just what to do, but why it should be done.
I believe that effective learning requires patience, clear communication, practical demonstrations, and hands-on experience. I therefore create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, learn from them, and gradually build confidence.

My Approach to Tutoring Solar Energy Installation
I use a practical, student-focused approach to teaching solar energy installation. My goal is not only to help students understand the theory but also to give them the confidence and practical skills needed to install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems safely and professionally.

* **Step-by-Step Teaching:** I break complex topics into easy-to-understand stages, from basic electricity and solar components to complete system installation.
* **Demonstration:** I demonstrate how to correctly connect solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, inverters, protection devices, and other components.
* **Hands-On Practice:** Students are encouraged to perform practical tasks themselves under my guidance.
* **Real-Life Examples:** I use common household and business power needs to teach system sizing, load calculations, battery capacity, panel selection, and inverter sizing.

I have up to 5 years of experience in solar energy installation and practical training. Over this period, I have developed strong knowledge of solar system design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical connections, inverter systems, batteries, and solar panels.
My teaching approach is based on practical field experience, allowing students to learn the skills and techniques that are actually required when working on real solar installations.
