About Christopher
This is my first time going into tutoring and am eager to gain great experience from this field. I always like to help people on maths questions in class they find difficult. I usually find it effective to write down the method when solving mathematical problems whilst explaining it clearly and calmly to the student. I have effective communication skills gained from doing volunteer activities at university and from part-time work. I am also currently an student for student mentor which helps first year students settle into university. These activities provide essential skills needed to engage and communicate with the students to provide a great learning experience.

I am enthusiastic in wanting to help students achieve their full potential in mathematics. I want to provide engaging and enjoyable lessons to help students understand the concepts better. I want to work with the students on a variety of maths problems and to ensure they fully understand the concepts. I will provide effective feedback for students on areas of difficulty they can improve on. I understand that maths is a challenging subject and will break any barriers the students have in order to succeed in mathematics and achieve their future goals.
