About Loi

I am a Bioengineer specializing in MRI. I have been teaching math, science, and college prep exams to more than 200 students for over 20 years with all of them improving their grades and going on to 4 year universities

About the lesson

My teaching methods come from building on learning where the student is and building from that foundation and being able to explain things in many different ways for different types of learners. I believe the key to being a good teacher is being able to explain complex ideas in a simple way and being a good student is asking many and good questions.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the students of Loi.

Loi's response
Sean was a great student. He asks excellent questions and is extremely motivated to excel. He just needed someone to point his efforts in the right direction.

My daughter worked with Loi last year to improve her skills in Geometry and Chemistry. Loi worked with her in ways that supported and challenged her. He is so flexible with scheduling and very responsive. We will be working with him again this year as well. Highly recommend Loi!!
