About Christina
I understand how hard and frustrating math is. Math used to be one subject for me that made me cry at nights. However, I was able to gain the deep interest in math because of how relative it is to the real world and the ability to solve problems. I maintained straight A's (sometimes B's depending on the teacher and class), and it soon became one of my well-performed subjects from elementary through high school with the right amount of resources, assistance, and practice. In middle school, I was one of the students that received an award for Academic Proficiency out of my entire math class. I always hear how math is the least favorite subject. It will be my great responsibility to make sure I provide a fun, entertaining, educating, experience for math, and help promote great academic success for you! :)

-Classes are for grade level.
-Reviewing class topics/discussion, step-by-step problem solving, handwritten practice tests related to lessons, further examples if needed, homework assistance.
-How each class is scheduled: 15 minutes of reviewing topics, 30 minutes of visual teaching for each problem, 20 minutes for self-performance, 10-30 minutes for reviewing final work, extra 20-30 minutes for questions, extra help, etc.
-Will adapt to your specific learning strategy/style (visual, kinesthetic, auditory, etc.)
-Open to contact teacher to learn their grading strategy for better understanding of the class and its expectations for improved performance.

Details
I am starting at $16 an hour due to being a beginner at tutoring part-time, and also to pay for extra supplies/documents to fit for the lessons if needed.
The lessons are online-based. The transportation fee will be charged if ONLY it is highly recommended to transport to a public facility for in-person sessions. Due to not having reliable transportation, the transportation fee will be added.
