About Shailesh
Sharing my math knowledge with new students isn’t just about explaining formulas but it's about helping them build confidence and curiosity. Many students have anxiety about math, I always make them feel comfortable and make them understand that it's not always about getting the right answer but it's about the process through which you arrive at a conclusion. My students know that they can arrive at the final answers by different methods or ways. I am always a guide for my students rather than a teacher.

Teaching math and science effectively requires a mix of approaches, because students learn in different ways. I have used different methods such as lecture method when I want to introduce a topic. Demonstration methods when I need to explain some concepts in chemistry. Research methods when I want students to come prepared for some class. Problem-solving methods used to teach some concepts in math to connect it to the real-life situation so that students understand how math can be used in everyday life situations.
