About Heidi
I will make sure each student feels better and confident about the material, including knowing how to do many example problems on their own. I have a big passion for understanding and helping others understand things! I have not tutored any students where after our session finished, they haven't come back to me with great test scores or good confidence about the material in math.

My teaching method includes getting students to truly understand the math that they're doing, not just HOW to do something. I love teaching students about the "why" with math. This also tends to get them to further their learning and grow it instead of band-aiding it. My lessons can be practically any math imaginable, I have taken everything through topology and have experience coding as well.
