About Isabelle
I am currently studying nanosciences in Tübingen, where mathematics are a large part of the course, especially their applications in the natural sciences. Therefore I work mainly in the fields of analysis, vectors, matrices etc. as well as with multi-variable calculus. I am also familiar with the applications in physics and chemistry.

Especially for the younger years, I find it very important that the student understands the mathematical concepts visually and application-related, in order to be able to correctly solve more complex or difficult tasks in exams. Therefore, I work with the idea of first properly communicating the concept or the subject matter, and trying to enable students to visualize the content so that he/she has an idea of exactly what is going on, and what one is doing to the number(s) in the process of solving the problem. As a second step, I then try to deepen this understanding with examples and tasks so that exams and homework are no longer a problem.
