About Jon
Hi, I'm Jon and I am currently an undergraduate student studying Mathematics at the University of Warwick. I recently completed my A-Levels in 2023, where I achieved a grade of A* in both Maths and Further Maths. I have always had a great passion for Mathematics ever since I can remember and I love sharing it with others. I first started tutoring when I was 14 years old and since then, I have tutored many students all while balancing my own education.

Having lately finished my secondary schooling, I have very recent experience of going through the learning process of Mathematics content ranging from GCSE level maths, all the way up to A-Level Further Maths. I know everyone learns differently and I will tailor my tutoring to better personally suit each student. I have 2+ years of experience with tutoring Mathematics and have helped many students to improve their grades at a range of levels from KS3 all the way up to AS-Level. I believe that the best way to learn is through patience, persistence and enjoying the subject and I will strive to make sure that each student I tutor gains the same passion for Mathematics that I have. I offer hour-long tutor sessions for students with KS3, GCSE, AS-Level and A-Level Maths.

Jon is a very patient and attentive tutor. He is very good at breaking down topics in a way that is easier to understand. He would work through questions with me on topics I struggled with when we were in the same A level class at school until I was able to do them by myself. He always took an encouraging and friendly approach and always instilled confidence in me when I was feeling nervous for upcoming assessments. I would highly recommend Jon as a tutor and I can honestly say that he helped me achieve a very good grade in my A level maths exam.
