About Safa
I am a College student, majoring in Pure Mathematics. I will be transferring to a University during Fall 2020. After I obtain my bachelors in math I plan on completing my PH.D in mathematics. My experience in mathematics is wide because I am a self taught individual. I taught myself throughout my rigorous classes in college. This taught me to be independent and it taught me how to be patient with the people that I tutor.

My teaching methodology is that I work around the struggles that my students face. First I look into the concept that they are learning/struggling with. Then I explain the theoretical concept and I give an example by working the steps out vividly. I allow the students to grasp the concepts first and then I face them with a challenge of trying a problem individually. This method allows them to struggle with the problem and eventually break their way through as they explain the steps to me.
