About Laura
I studied mathematics at the university of Groningen (NL) and graduated in 2022. I have spent many years doing mathematics every day because of my degree, so I have a lot of knowledge about the subject! I really enjoy tutoring students, especially the appreciation that students often show after getting a good grade gives me great satisfaction.

The best way to learn math is by doing it. That means going through the theory briefly, and then doing many exercises. When a student does not understand an exercise I try to not immediately give the correct solution but instead pointing the student in the right direction. Doing it in this way helps to develop the thinking process that is needed to solve mathematical questions, which is most important in mathematics!

Op de middelbare school heb ik Laura wiskundeles gegeven en daar heeft ze laten zien wiskunde A én wiskunde B uitstekend te beheersen. Zij beheerst de wiskunde niet allen, maar ze weet ook wat er nodig is om tot een goed resultaat te komen.
Laura heeft alle disciplines van de wiskunde doorlopen tijdens haar VWO. Niet allen Cum laude maar daarnaast met veel plezier gedaan. Haar motivatie wordt jou motivatie en haar plezier wordt jou plezier. Nu aangevuld met een Universitaire opleiding wiskunde heeft ze al laten zien dat ze leerlingen op elk vlak vooruit kan helpen. Als je de beste wil zou ik altijd voor haar kiezen. Door haar heb ik mijn wiskunde kunnen begrijpen
