About Ayush
about me: Hi, I'm Ayush. I have successfully tutored students for grammar school entrance exams and am now looking to tutor for A-Level and GCSEs. Additionally, I have already tutored a student for A-level maths at college and they proceeded to improve their grade by 2 grades. My past students have always felt comfortable and given me positive feedback on my teaching methods and enthusiasm. From my previous tutoring experience I have learnt about time-management, specific subject tips and tricks based on exam board, and adapting my teaching methods depending on the students' needs and way of learning. I am looking to teach A-Level and GCSE maths, further maths, additional maths and computer science online. If you also want help with university entrance exams such as TMUA, STEP, MAT feel free to contact me as I was a Cambridge Computer Science final offer holder (but chose to go to Imperial).

I have excelled in my GCSEs and A-Levels, having achieved all 9s and A*s and I did this by closely studying exam technique and curriculum content. With this experience, I hope to help students achieve the grades that they want in a structured way. My teaching method consists of two parts: the first being UNDERSTANDING and the second being EXAM IMPLEMENTATION. I believe the most crucial aspect of learning is understanding, and I try to identify weaknesses in understanding by using out of the box examples and fill any gaps in foundational knowledge. Now that the understanding of concepts is clear, I can use exam technique I have learnt over the years to help students apply this knowledge in an exam setting and ensure an improvement in grades. My environment for teaching is on zoom since it has many tools and features which will assist me in teaching you. My usual rate is £25/hr but I can do a discount for block bookings
