About Johan
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am a happily married (32 years) baby-boomer and proud father of two adult professionals.
I am a Chartered HR Professional and qualified assessor and moderator at the S.A. Board of Personnel Practitioners. Also a Business Advisor member of the Institute of Business Advisors of Southern Africa (IBASA). I am a qualified coach and registered as a Business and Life skills Coach at Comensa.
I believe in continuous personal development and attained an MBA degree, Honours BA (Psychology) degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, Diploma in HR Management and University Certificates in Professional Business and Life Skills Coaching (NWU) as well as General Counselling (RAU).
I am a part time/online lecturer at Mancosa (since 2009) in various Business Management subjects and assisted hundreds of students at institutions to master their business management and leadership subjects.

I am proficient and able to teach in English and Afrikaans. I have more than 15 years of experience in teaching post-school business and leadership subjects on all diploma/graduate levels (diploma to Master's Level) as well as basic life/business skills.
