About Olamide
I am a medical student, a fitness personnel, a fitness coach and a fitness blogger. I used to live an unhealthy lifestyle and had a Body Mass Index of 35. I have experimented with different ways to lose weight and I have a healthy BMI of 23. I now share healthy ways to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
